I believe I have the same CD as you. The wiring diagram that is linked off the web interface is for the older models. You have to go the CD directly and go to {CD}\program\Climate\83-600a.pdf .

The wiring diagrams are still crap, but the pinouts on the wiring harnesses are fully legible and probably a good place to start tracking down a signal problem (it's what I used to find that my blower regulator was cashed).
