OK, I got the broken regulator out. It was easy after I practiced getting one out of my parts car.

However, I had to unscrew the motor from the regulator and I can't get the motor out because its in blocked from sliding back by the window channel.

The motor is OK and doesn't have to be replaced but it looks like it is going to be a bear to screw the motor onto the replacement regulator when both are in the door. I looked at the brain gear URL but that had piks from a different model so it wasn't much help.

Any suggestions?
