Right.
You can't very well adjust it on the vehicle. The screw is very tight and access is nearly impossible.
It's removable in about 3 minutes once you get the hang of it.
On my '87, the plastic clamp for the injection lines must be removed. You won't get the ALDA high enough to clear the IP mechanism without removing it. You'll see this clamp directly above and slightly forward of the ALDA.
