If you're in the US, use the guidelines for a similar 95 E300. Don't pay more than that. I'd knock off a thousand or two unless it has some fantastic feature not offered in the US (I'd pay a little more for fabric upholstery, manual AC and no wood). Before you buy, check that you can register and get acceptable insurance coverage for a non-US spec car.
