When diesel was more expensive then Soybean oil from Costco, I know a gentleman that poured the SVO straight into his tank, no filtering. Personally I think it's a little risky (not alot risky), but that's why the car has filters. The difference between "Virgin" SVO and unfiltered WVO is considerable. I would imagine that it would take quite a few 5 gallon containers of SVO to clog a filter, as SVO should be pretty clean until it gets foos in it, then it's WVO.
