I had Cooks handle the repair of my C280 after I had been rear-ended at a low & speed in stop and go traffic at rush hour... the impact scratched & pushed the bumper cover in about a quarter of an inch, and dented the trunk lid in a small silver dollar sized area by the trunk release. In the process of repairing the damage the bumper cover and trunk had been painted and I was unimpressed with the finish match. Its almost as though they had painted the trunk lid in a dust storm.... fine minute spotting was imbedded in the paint. Neeless to say I took the car elsewhere and had the problem areas corrected properly;
