Euro Wheel

While the prices are excellent, and they welcome you to bring your own parts, service is fair at best, and its about as organized as four monkeys screwing a football.

I have used these guys over and over, and every time something has happened. , but I've overlooked it due to the tremendous value they offer, price wise.

I called over there today to see if Rag Doll is ready for her new owner, and he tried to hide the fact that they had broken my antenna while pulling the car in the shop.

I asked him if the car was ready, and he said they had the dash apart to check the AC. I told him the AC was fine and there was nothing to check, but he said the technician complained the AC was not blowing cold. I asked him "If the technician is complaining about it, is he going to pay for the repair? I never authorized that!" They also recommended an alignment, because it was slightly off. I told him thats odd, you aligned it 2 months ago. He started back pedaling stating that it would be under warranty blah blah blah.

So to sum it up, if you want it done cheap, this is the place to go.
They won't do it fast, they won't treat your car with kid gloves, remove your floor mats and cover your seats when you bring it in. Always get the estimates in writing, otherwise its always $10-20 dollars higher than what they said. I think after I drop my SDL off there for the minor issues it has, I will not be returning to them, unless they make some changes.
