...Didnt know there was a difference in Fram's filters....
When I first got into making this old thing run I just went to Kragen's and got all the filters for the car, Fram, dunno where they were made, never knew I needed to look, but they've been in there working just fine. I've since stocked up on spares for everything with Mahle and Mann. Just realized this week the odometer ain't tickin'....DOH! Had the FL turn signal go out on me wednesday, corroded plug, fixed it, lost all turns and gauges today, wiggled the fuse, fixed it......I can see this one doesn't like humid weather already...brought home some dielectric grease tonight, have plenty of wire brushes...BRING IT ON!

Today's power loss thing made me think, how nice it is to be able to have something like that happen and know you will still be able to drive home no matter if the power goes totally dead in the entire car (so long as you already have it started)....gotta love non 'puterized diesels.
