As the previous post just mentioned the sides as well as the bottom of the seat cover is pulled taunt and attached to a plastic pieces the length of the vinyl and snapped into the grooves on the sides as well as the bottom. There is also two screws on the bottom that must be removed from the plastic back. The removal is tedious but with a blunt end screwdriver and a person applying weight in the seat pushing back it can be accomplished in little time. Once the flat bead and vinyl start coming out work it slowly to keep from breaking the strip. In most cases you can just remove the bottom bead and the corresponding side you need to work on.
