I imagine the chances of diabetes would be greater than a heart attack, statistically, but that's a guess of course.
My cousin, about 5'6" and around 300lbs (another guess but she's big) developed diabetes at aroung age 48.
After my dad quit contracting (lot of hands on work with his style) and went to a desk job, his weight shot up 50 or 60 pounds for a few years and he became diabetic during that time, at around the age of 50.
