I've got a Kitchen Aid refrigerator with chilled water and ice maker. It's time to change the filter, which is located in the grill on the bottom of the unit. It's supposed to twist out, but mine won't budge. It doesn't feel too sturdy, so I don't want to break it.
Anybody here ever run into this problem? If so, what did you do to get the old filter out?
