I would think a fish N chips shop but they must be few and far between in the States except for Long John Silvers and Arthur Treachers but they are both chains. I used to frequent a pub that had a vendor that made "British Food" for them. The food making venture was a mom and pop setup. They had the best Scotch eggs.
