SPAX is actually made in the UK.
I didn't ask about a timeframe, nor did I ask about the PSX kit given that their catalog says it's only for "W123; 200 - 230 / D (excl. T series)." I'm definitely interested in the springs for my 300td, but again am concerned about them being mismatched to the stock shocks. That's my holdup and the reason I wasn't concerned about a timeframe.
My source would probably require a good portion of the $$$ up-front, as these don't fall into what he normally carries and he wouldn't want to be stuck with them. I have no idea whether a group order would reduce either the cost of the part (not likely), or the shipping (maybe).
