While someone else cranks the engine spray some starting fluid into the air cleaner. If the engine starts the fuel pump(s) is bad or the fuel pump relay is bad.
You can remove the relay and jumper circuits 15 and 87 to bypass the relay, if the engine starts in this configuration the relay is bad.
