The fuse on the o.v.p. should have B+ at all times,if not check for B+ at terminal 30 (pin 1)of o.v.p. socket.
If you get B+ at the socket but not the fuse the problem is in the o.v.p..
If there is no power at the socket check for bad connections or broken wires at the connector strip on the right strut tower.
