Fuse #50 (10A) in the rear fuse box, located behind the right rear footwell lamp.

Have you checked the vehicles' tool kit? That's where the factory fuse chart
should be. If it's not, the previous owner probably used it to write a suicide note after trying to read it!!! With ~eighty fuses, and ~twenty relays (depending on optional equipment), in alphabetical order (not numerical), and in three languages, it's easier to call MB Roadside Assistance than find a fuse in a W220!!!
