There is an overflow collection reservoir behind the fender. Remove the plastic inner fender splash shield to get to it (easy with wheel removed). It's held on with a few screws and plastic nuts.
Before you put the shield back on, put some grease around the studs that the plastic nuts attach to - bad place for rust as the spot welding destroys the galvanizing and water and dirt get sandwiched between the body and shield. Also get some spray grease and spray it up in the area where the hood spring bracket attaches to the body. This is another rust area as the seam sealer was not applied thoroughly. Water can get into the seam at this point.
