If you cant find it, 95 and on was a one piece console, remove the trim ring, and the radio. There are two screws in the opening make sure you got the radio code. If you have the later style heat control take it out also. There is a catch on the arm rest side and the panel should pivot up, at the front it is held by the dash. The bulb is in the side of the shifter housing
