I've done LOTS of 210 seat heater pads, it's not that bad of a job. Remove seat (if you need help let me know). Take the side trim off the lower covers, just a few screws). Disconnect wires coming from backrest to control modules. Remove 4 screws holding backrest to seat frame and remove backrest, set aside. Invert bottom cushion. The outer edge of the cover engage in to a lip along the perimeter of the bottom frame, remove this with a L shaped cotter remover. You can pull up on the cover then and get a good look at the plastic clips that hold the center areas of the cover to the inner padding. You can carefully remove these with a long skinny screwdriver, the clips are sort of a J hook design, won't be too hard to figure it out. If you are removing the matel pan, should be easy to figure out how to swap the power seat mech to the new pan. It's all pretty much common sense stuff, use a digital camera to take some pics if yo are worried about forgetting how something went together, maybe you can even write a DIY article on 210 seat disassembly!
