Shouldn't need to buy anything. You have to really watch the first clips you take off that are on the underside of the pad to make sure you know how to remove them. They are available seperately if you need them, more than likely will need to be ordered though. I should point out (just thought of this) you take off the outer perimeter "bead" that holds the perimeter to the steel pan, THEN the cover WITH the pad comes off the pan. If you have heated seats you need to disconnect the heater wires too, they lead up to the front of the seat where they slip in to that long oval connector bracket. The bottom cushion connector clips to the backrest connector, then when you remove the cushion from the pan the wire lead for the heated seat comes out through a hole in the pan or from around the backrest hinge, forget which. If you are mechanically inclined at all you shouldn't have a problem, pretty simple stuff, but make sure you remember how things came apart (pictures or refer to the opposite side or ask). Some of the wiring connects to the bottom of the seat with nylon wire ties, so have a handful of those available.
Yes, step one is definitely "remove the seat".
