Afaik 0w40 has been and still is factory fill, has been for the last 5 years.
I know the new CDI Bluetec cars need a special low something oil so the various emissions parts on the exhuast don't clog. Its some sort of Mobil 1 5w40, maybe the new Delvac 1??? Maybe some dealers are just going to use that in every car now.
