I mailed it to them - but
didn't ask if fax or electronic doc's were OK. It didn't take long (2 weeks) and they called me when they found it and sent it FEDEX 2 day which I thought was a little beyond the call of duty.
In my request letter I did praise the classic car section of MBUSA so that might have fed the fire a little
