I would use OEM from the dealer, in fact I used them the last time I changed mine...they are not much more costly than aftermarket (Yes, I know they are made for MB by Bosch and Beru) but in my experience the generic aftermarket parts and OEM spec are NOT identical in all cases, so I stick to OEM whenever possible.

In fact, I was very impressed with the MB fuel filter compared to the aftermarket Mehle one I had in my car - the gasket on that one was much smaller and had shredded where the banjo bolt went in...so there's an example of OEM being different, and superior than aftermarket.

I've found some sources that charge less for MB OEM than some aftermarket sources do, to boot!

If you used aftermarket and it snapped off next time you went to take it out would you always have wondered "would this have happened had I spent an extra $5 for the OEM plug?"
