A lot of people tell me you can't beat vinegar and newspaper for cleaning windows.

I used to be a picture framer, and newspaper and plain water was best. The newspaper cause the ink was a mild abrasive and the plain water because there was nothing left behind to streak. Once you close up the frame, anything left behind stays. I would think vinegar would leave streaks and the composition of newspaper ink has changed drastically since the old days, and I've heard it doesn't work as well, but is still workable. So if you go that route, I'd ditch the vinegar, or only use a pinch.

I've used Sprayway and like it.
