116.028 means you have a 350SE. I wouldn't trust a 450SE manual for engine tune specs particularly if you have a US market owner's manual. I'll bet the 3.5l engine and 4.5l engine are tuned to the same specs, but I'll also bet those specs are different for US and nonUS cars.
