It's a recommendation from a friend in the BMW e46forum. I recently switch from Valvoline (20W-50) to Amsoil (10W-40). I also change from BMW Castro oil to Amsoil for my 330Ci-heavily mod supercharge.

I love Amsoil !!! It's an awesome product and will continue to use Amsoil on all of my cars (VW and Honda). It's expensive but good product.
