That (formerly) clear hose is probably Nylon 6. It's not PVC. It was factory installed on the banjo fittings and is very hard to remove without damaging the barbs on the banjo fittings. You will most likely need to splice in the solenoid valve anyway on a WVO conversion. The best method that I have found for splicing in is to cut the tubing about 1/2" away ftom the barb leaving the stub on the barb. You can then slip a 3/8" fuel line of your choice over the stub and barb and clamp it.
For the cigar hose, I would use either soft Viton or Silicon tubing.
