i have a 1973 280C (gas)

HEAT
so when I turn on the heat the passenger side blows warm (the dash blower, and the defrost)

but the driver side only blows cold air!

where should I start looking? just thaught it was odd that one side is warm the other side cold!

WINDOWS

both rear windows are in the up position. neither one will work! the two front windows do work, but they move VERY slow! (takes almost a full min for the window to go down). the switch;s on the center console and the switches in the back seat will not move the windows either, i made sure the window lock button was not engaged! any help with this? I thauht trying to use a working(one of the ones for the front window) switch to see if it is the switch (all fuses seem to be good ), but unsure how to remove the switch from the center console!

again, I am very new to all of this.. so please dumb down your answers for me! (thanks, I dont know much about cars! but gotta start to learn sometime!)
