If you go to the Bob-Is-The-Oil-Guy site, you'll find lots of discussion on Auto-RX. It's supposed to treat the engine for sludge in a gentle way, without harming the seals. I haven't used it, but I think it's a 1500 mile treatment, used just before an oil change.
