Funny thing you should mention that , when I had the VW shop my partner never worried when I spilled oil out on the lot ~ he said it kept the asphalt from cracking and it appeared he was correct , it never turned the usual light blue that the California sun bakes most asphalt to before it begins to crack .
Of course everyine here knows to never ,
EVER set a car up on jackstands on asphalt......
