Chop Shop franken benz heaven. Need help on what to do.

I have 3 W123 saloons.

1983 Euro 300D 160k, engine runs like champ, tranny good but could use a refreshing, stops on a dime, rear end collision damage, current daily driver. interior is not so good had to replace euro clotch seats with mb tex I got from jfman.

1985 Federal 300D turbo 322k, engine ok, tranny blown, body in good-excellent shape. interior has mold but is ok otherwise.

1977/8 Euro 220D 109k, engine going back to PO but tranny in PRIMO condition (reverse lock out WORKS and its super tight in the shifting), body is fairly rusted around drains other wise ok, interior is near showroom condition. black / grey cloth checkered cloth with grey mbtex trim etc. manual everything. One button on center console for rear def. HAHAHA. (and really I think mb was expecting a bit much when they added the factory bumper on this car)

So I need to build 2 working cars out these 3. My current line of thought. 300D NA Euro engine into the 220D and the 300D euro tranny and bumpers etc into the 85 federal and junk my current 300D euro.

Thoughts? God I married a patient woman. I'll take some pics this evening.
