I've been using the Mercedes Benz Leather Cleaner and Conditioner (from the dealer) for several years now. It works well for me. It's made by Meguiar's and I apply by hand, then towel off with a cotton towel.

It removes plenty of dirt and grime and leaves the leather feeling supple and soft. Doesn't leave a shine and doesn't come off on pants/clothes.

It's a blend of mild detergents, waxes and oils.

By all accounts, Leatherique is a fine product, but it seems more designed for rejuvenating and cleaning aged and/or distressed leather. For regular cleaning and maintenance, I would think the Mercedes product is fine.

All IMHO.
