I ran 100% BD for my first 8k miles or so (from Sept 06 through Dec 06) until it got too cold to brew BD in my unheated garage.

Since then I'm running 80% WVO and 20% RUG (regular unleaded gasoline). About 2k miles.

Fuel filter changes early on, as is common knowledge with BD.

Then about 2 weeks ago I mistakenly put my filtered WVO/RUG blend into a container that had some sediment in the bottom and poured this into my car tank. I changed my primary filter about 6 times and secondary about 3 during the course of that tank (most of them roadside). All is better now. Lesson learned...filter the hell out of your WVO and use clean containers!

No starting or driveability issues with the WVO/RUG blend, even down to single digit temps outside.

I do limit my use to Canola WVO. I leave all my jugs of collected WVO in my unheated garage for a few days, and then only choose the ones that are still liquid when I need to make a batch. The rest wait for warm weather to get transesterified into BD.
