For everyone who has been scratching their head over the DCX "merger", here's some interesting news off the wire:

If the DCX merger didn't seem like a winner, then how is this good for GM, who has been divesting itself of whole brands in recent years and has way too much production capacity already? The only business that Chrysler has that doesn't directly compete with GM are minivans and RWD sedans. This just makes no sense to me.
