Thank you. However, I removed the two screws and the compartment is still very secure. I don`t want to force it. Feels like something else is holding it in place. Any suggestions? While I have you, the ash try cover has to be pushed very firmly for it to go own and when it does, it will not stay. Any suggestions here? Thanks much.
