I asked this question before, but I did not quite get an answer. I seem to have a leak coming from the governor seal on my 1988 300E. It is near the back on the driver's side of the transmission. It is a round cover with a high poing in the middle that looks like a screwdriver would go in. Is there any springs or anything I should worry about before removing the clip that holds the cover in place? I borrowed a picture from
