As indicated, job is a no-brainer; one to two hours depending upon experience. A word of caution - DO NOT over torque the pan bolts, pan will warp and continue to leak. As a matter of fact, take a close look at the existing pan, and if it shows any deflection at all at the perimeter, save yourself some grief; order a new pan to install with your new gasket.
