Thanks Larry. Thats exactly what I was thinking. I am going to change my scheduel to every 3 months OR every 3000 miles, which ever comes first. Then I am going to save the old oil and sell it EBay as "slightly used Mobil 1 for $5.00 per quart". I'm sure the ones that think I am crazy will love to get it. I may actually GIVE it to them if they pay the postage.
The worst thing you can do to a car is let it sit. Second worst thing is start it and not worm it up completly as you say.
