I have two good friends that are traveling for their 25th wedding anniversary. They are set to leave on the 23rd.

Problem is her passport is due to arrive on the 24th!

Does anyone know of any protocol or special Dept. of State contacts that can help this along? The application is currently in process... They are trying to get an appointment to go to the office in Philadelphia, but as per the automated service the next avail. appt. date is the 28th!!

Thought I'd see if anyone here had any suggestions... these are two of the nicest folks I know and I would love to be able to help them,
