My experience is they wont protect you. They just give you the runaround. Ebay says go to PayPal. PayPal says got to Ebay. They both say go to your Credit Card company. First they say it is too soon to file a claim, you have to work it out. Then they say it is too late. They all claim a bunch of protection. But they scurry like rats when something goes wrong. That is my experience. Now I am super careful.
