CD Player/Karaoke Machine Question

I'm aware that they sell machines purely for the purpose of playing CD+G format CDs, which is what is used for most karaoke operations. But, what I'm looking for is a CD player that has a karaoke sound mode. I've seen one before many years ago. It had the dual tape deck, cd disc player, am/fm tuner just like your run of the mill CD player. Only difference was it had a mode that would take the voices out of any song that was played on CD. You didn't need any CD+G formatted disc, just pop in your favorite music CD, choose the "karaoke" option, and it would play the songs minus vocals.

To anyone's recollection, are these still available new?
