Well, I don't know. I have been to many gas stations and if I run on "E" for a while I can have 23-24 gal so it isn't just one gas station. When I fill it, I jounce the car and fill it till I can see the fuel in the filler area and can't fill any more no matter how hard I bounce the car.
I have option code 915 on the Datacard. Fuel Tank with Larger Capacity.
