Well, we set out today at around 6:40am from Lansing, MI...we stopped for lunch somewhere in Kentucky....then at the Tennessee and Georgia welcome centers....and then onward through Atlanta, and we stopped in Stockbridge, GA for the night at around 7:05pm So we covered 808 miles today, was predicted to take 12.6 hours, but only took about 10.5....because the average speed was about 78-80mph..... Everyone was going that fast!

Tomorrow we have another 406 miles to go then we'll be there.

Car performed great.....diesel prices fell as we went south, which was cool. Got it for 2.39 in Tennessee, waaay less than the 2.75 in Michigan and Ohio. I got an average of 23.2mpg on the first fill-up and 23.8mpg on the second. After 203 miles since the last fill-up its still at nearly 3/4 tank!

Florida here we come!!!

The SD is an unstoppable force!
