Basically it says that although Helium will reduce your unsprung weight and thus improve your vehicle's handling, Hydrogen is far superior. Dr. Dieter Zeich has done extensive research into Dr. Hugo von Zepplin's secret war research and has come to the conclusion that Hydrogen, when used properly is perfectly safe, and should be the preferred tire inflatant for all of Mercedes Benz products.
