Do a search on the OVP... you will come up with EVERY LITTLE PEICE OF INFO you could ever want about it.
In brief it's a commonly faulty relay... called the Overvolt Protection Relay. It can be changed yourself (simply unplugs and plugs in) under the hood, and can be had here from partsshop for about $50.
