Yes it is the injector return line or bypass hose as they call it. The price looks pretty good as well. So if their shipping is not outrageous it should work out great. That particular hose is the only practical solution to the problem I am aware of. Volkswagon dealers and volkswagon aftermarket outlets will stock it locally as well but check price. Same hose. Used on injectors in their pre 96 engines.
