Frosty, If CA does not require a front plate, I would tell the officer to "Go to Hell" and remind her that there is no front liscense plate requirements in the state of CA, and you know a really good lawyer that would be happy to sue the bejesus out of the Police department, Also ask her supervisor's name and phone number and call them on your sell phone. Hey now there's an idea,, get a ticket you don't agree with, call the cops supervisor on the spot.
