AS far as MB is concerned the warranty ends at 4 years or 50,000 miles.
If warranty work is done at 49,999 there isn't any extension of the original warranty.
Part warranty is 1 year from date part was installed ONLY if you purchase the part!!
If a recent warranty repair fails & now the car is out of warranty, the servicing dealer must ask for goodwill to make the repair under warranty.
Read the fine print in any "LIMITED" warranty booklet that comes eith the car!
