I checked the fuse no. 9 (for fog light) - driver side in the IP (instrument panel). It is OK. The bulb (H1 for fog lamps) is brand new. Using a voltage tester I found out that there is no voltage at the end of the wire going to the driver side fog lamp. The pasager side fog lamp works.

Do you have any advice for me?
