If you move the mirror all the way down, you may be able to see the little ball stud that pops into the back of the mirror glass that rotates in and out to make the glass move.

Sometimes you can flex the mirror too far that the ball pops out of the hole and you can sometimes get away with popping it back in by pushing the mirror glass to blindly snap it into place.

It may take some finagling and several attempts, but you may have to remove the housing if you can't get it the easy way.
